This home had suffered hurricane damage and needed a lot of TLC. In the end, this house was a total transformation inside, and sits up like a classic beauty on the street!
PROPERTY FUN FACT: This was a childhood home of a neighbor. She contacted us as we were finishing up our first flip. She was so impressed with the transformation down the street that she made us an offer we couldn't refuse!
OPEN LAYOUT
We changed up the layout quite a bit! We combined the kitchen, sunroom and den into one big area. A laundry room was added off the garage, and the old master bath was flipped to the guest room, while part of the guest room became a huge walk in closet!
MASTER SUITE
A huge transformation was made to an old add on to the guest room by turning it into a master suite. The suite was completed with a vaulted ceiling, exposed rafters and a huge walk in closet!
CURB APPEAL
We love to elevate curb appeal so we decided to box out the columns on the front porch, add Hardie, new windows, shutters, a cute swing, and new landscaping.
