Project: Garden Home II
Orange, Texas
To keep the tradition of flipping houses alike on the same street, we renovated two garden homes in the Chase Ridge neighborhood. This is why we call this project Garden Home II.
PROPERTY FUN FACT: This home was within walking distance from our home, so checking on the work was part of getting my steps in for the day!
BRAND NEW KITCHEN
The kitchen had the most changes in this project. The cooktop was moved near the sink, upper cabinets replaced with custom vent hood and slim cabinets, quartz countertops added, handmade butcher top on island, new backsplash, paint, and all new interior doors. A closet in the kitchen was flipped to make a pantry.
CURB APPEAL
The back patio even got a revamp by staining the aged wood, adding new ceiling fan and new clear roof. The front was re-landscaped for that added curb appeal we always strive for.
ALL THE DETAILS
We updated the layout by adding a doorway from the master closet to the laundry room. The bathrooms both had custom vanities and mirrors installed. The master bedroom got a new free standing soaking tub and beautiful new tilework in the shower with custom glass.
