Maple was a 1950's built home that carried a lot of sentimental value. The daughter of the seller couldn't wait to see what we did with her childhood home! We chose to lean towards the mid century vibe with this property, which was fun and got our creative juices flowing!
PROPERTY FUN FACT: This little home got so much attention on our Facebook page that our realtor had to rush the listing before we even had time to get the photographer there! We had three over ask offers within 24 hours of it listing!
IMPROVED LAYOUT
The entryway closet was turned into a hallway, the living area was opened up to the kitchen, an additional room was created and the attic entrance was moved out of the master area.
NEW KITCHEN & BATH
This house received a whole new kitchen and baths! The bathroom tub was refinished and was the only thing salvaged. The bath vanity was made from two repurposed nightstands. The half bath was given a moody vibe with hex tile added on the wall with open shelving.
ALL THE DETAILS
New electrical, recessed lighting, new flooring and doors. In the backyard we built an elevated deck to accommodate a better outdoor living space. On the front porch we boxed out large columns and painted the front door in a fun, vibrant color!
